We're now officially peering with SIPBroker. This means anyone using SIPBroker can reach our numbers, and we can reach ANY service that peers with SIPBroker.

In order to dial one of OUR number from another service provider that peers with SIPBroker, use the *850 SIPBroker code.

In order to dial a user from another service that peers with SIPBroker, dial 1999 followed by the SIPBroker prefix code (*XXX) followed by the number. For instance, to dial the FWD echo test services (613 in FWD), dial 1-999-*393-616 (or, without dashes, 1999*393613 )

For a list of SIPBroker 3-digit prefixes, see This Page

This also means that the SIPBroker PSTN dialins are available for use.

http://www.sipbroker.com/sipbroker/action/pstnNumbers

Dial one of the numbers on that page from a regular telephone. When the recording comes on saying "Welcome to SIPBroker" etc, etc, dial
*850 followed by the number of the IdeaSIP user you wish to call.

For instance: *850 11011234567

Then just wait and the call will be connected.

This is a great way to stay in touch with your friends on IdeaSIP while on the road!
